On March 31, 2026, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment issued the Decision approving the appraisal results of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the project “Investment in the Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province’’.
The project is developed by Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Company Limited and is located in Thuan Thanh & Tri Qua Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
This approval represents a key legal milestone, confirming that the project fully complies with current environmental protection regulations and providing a solid foundation for the implementation of subsequent development phases, while being ready to welcome high-quality investment capital.
Previously, on April 28, 2025, the project received investment policy approval along with the approval of the investor. With a total development area of 196 hectares dedicated to industrial park infrastructure development and operation, Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park is planned as a green industrial park, featuring comprehensive and modern infrastructure. The project aims to attract investment projects utilizing advanced, environmentally friendly technologies with low labor and resource intensity.
