The Vietnam Real Estate Investment Forum 2025 successfully took place on the morning of October 22 in Taipei, bringing together investors, experts, and business representatives from across the region.

At the forum, Gilimex Industrial Park had the honor of presenting its ongoing projects across Vietnam, as well as sharing its vision for developing sustainable industrial infrastructure and attracting high-quality investment. The event created a strategic networking platform for leading investors and industry experts to exchange insights and explore potential cooperation opportunities.
TAITRONICS & AIoT Taiwan 2025 International Exhibition
As part of the business trip, the Gilimex Industrial Park delegation also visited the Taipei International Electronics Show (TAITRONICS) and the Taiwan International AIoT Show — two of Asia’s leading technology events, jointly organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA) at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.
With the theme “AInnovation Now”, this year’s exhibition brought together over 250 exhibitors across 460 booths, focusing on six key areas: AIoT applications, robotics and smart automation, smart surveillance, data centers, industrial IoT, and satellite communications.
Visit to Tucheng Industrial Park
Concluding the trip, the Gilimex delegation visited Tucheng Industrial Park in New Taipei City — one of Taiwan’s long-established industrial zones, known for its sustainable development model that combines high-tech manufacturing with efficient infrastructure management.
The business trip to Taiwan not only provided valuable opportunities to learn from advanced industrial models but also helped Gilimex Industrial Park expand its international partnerships, moving toward the goal of developing modern, green, and smart industrial parks in Vietnam.
