The Provincial People’s Committee has issued a Decision approving the boundary marking dossier for Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park.
Accordingly, the project investor is Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Co., Ltd. The unit responsible for preparing the boundary marking dossier is Delta Technologicol Development and Investment Joint Stock Company. Boundary marking will take place in Tri Qua Ward and Thuan Thanh Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
The boundary marking serves as the basis for managing construction investment in accordance with planning, and for developing construction investment projects that ensure synchronisation in transportation, technical infrastructure, and landscape architecture.
Funding: The implementation cost will be covered by Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Co., Ltd.
The Decision stipulates that after the boundary marking dossier is approved, Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Co., Ltd is responsible for coordinating with the Bac Ninh Industrial Parks Management Board; the People’s Committees of Tri Qua Ward and Thuan Thanh Ward; and relevant units to publicly announce the information to affected agencies, organisations, and individuals; regularly inspect and supervise the site to ensure no violations of the approved planning; and hand over and archive the planning boundary marking dossier in accordance with Article 39 of Circular 16/2025/TT-BXD dated 30 June 2025 of the Ministry of Construction.
According to the planning dossier, the total area of Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park is approximately 196 ha, with two sides adjacent to provincial roads 282B and 276. The labour scale is about 19,600 workers, including nearly 2,000 on-site resident workers.
The subzone aims to develop a multi-sector industrial park, prioritising high-tech, environmentally friendly industries associated with smart technologies and supporting industries.
Thuan Thanh III Subzone C Industrial Park is located at the eastern gateway of Hanoi Capital. Bac Ninh is regarded as the “industrial heart” of Northern Vietnam, home to many leading technology corporations and major FDI enterprises. The presence of Thuan Thanh III Subzone C IP at this strategic location opens opportunities to join a rapidly expanding supply chain, where supporting industries and high-tech manufacturing are becoming new drivers of regional growth.
