On January 6, 2026, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment issued the Decision approving the appraisal results of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the project “Investment in the Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Nghia Hung Industrial Park”.
The project is developed by Gilimex Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation and is located in Tien Luc Commune, Bac Ninh Province.
This approval represents a key legal milestone, confirming that the project fully complies with current environmental protection regulations and providing a solid foundation for the implementation of subsequent development phases, while being ready to welcome high-quality investment capital.
Previously, on January 21, 2025, the project received investment policy approval. With a total development area of 148.68 hectares dedicated to industrial park infrastructure development and operation, Nghia Hung Industrial Park is planned as a green industrial park, featuring comprehensive and modern infrastructure. The project aims to attract investment projects utilizing advanced, environmentally friendly technologies with low labor and resource intensity.
