On the morning of December 31, Gilimex Hue Industrial Park officially received the Land Use Right Certificate and ownership of land-attached assets for the Gilimex Industrial Park Project in Phu Bai, granted by the local authorities. This marks an important milestone in the completion of legal documentation and the implementation of the project.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Van Cuong – Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People’s Council; Mr. Le Ba Minh Hai – Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People’s Committee; Mr. Phan Huu Son – Standing Member of the Ward Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ward People’s Committee; representatives of relevant departments and divisions, together with the leadership of Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company.

Speaking at the certificate handover ceremony, Mr. Le Ba Minh Hai, Chairman of the Phu Bai Ward People’s Committee, stated that the issuance of the Land Use Right Certificate and ownership of land-attached assets not only completes administrative procedures in accordance with legal regulations, but also demonstrates the attention, partnership, and responsibility of the local Party Committee and authorities toward the enterprise. This serves as an important legal basis for the Company to implement the project, thereby contributing to the attraction of secondary investors, the creation of more jobs for local workers, the promotion of economic growth, and the improvement of urban infrastructure in the area.

“The local authorities will continue to accompany the enterprise throughout the project implementation process; promptly support and address any arising difficulties or obstacles; and create an open and favorable investment environment so that the project can soon operate effectively and make positive contributions to the local socio-economic development,” Mr. Hai emphasized.
Previously, on August 30, 2025, the Phu Bai Ward People’s Committee issued the decision on land-use purpose conversion and leased land to Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company for the implementation of the Gilimex Industrial Park infrastructure development and business project. Under the decision, the enterprise is leased more than 3 million square meters of land in Sub-zones A and B, with a land-use term valid until March 10, 2071. The land lease is on an annual rental payment basis, without auction of land use rights.

With a total area of over 460.85 hectares, Gilimex Hue Industrial Park is oriented to develop into a modern industrial park with synchronized technical infrastructure, providing favorable conditions for enterprises to confidently plan long-term investment strategies and pursue sustainable production and development, while making positive contributions to the local socio-economic development.
