On August 24, the FPT Education Complex in Hue, with a scale of 20,000 learners, was inaugurated and welcomed its first students.
The complex is oriented towards linking education with cutting-edge technologies; building high-quality human resources, thereby effectively contributing to the implementation of the country’s four pillar resolutions. The inauguration ceremony of the FPT Education Complex and the welcoming of the first students of the FPT School System in Hue took place at An Van Duong Urban Area, Thanh Thuy Ward, Hue City.
The FPT Education Complex in Hue includes both general education and vocational education levels, with a training scale of up to 20,000 learners. The complex is oriented to develop training linked with cutting-edge technologies such as STEM, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotics… starting from general education, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of key resolutions of the Central Government, especially Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on the development of high-quality human resources.
This is also one of the key projects of Hue City towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh – Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee – shared that Hue aims to become a multidisciplinary, high-quality education center, associated with the tradition of the “land of learning” and its unique cultural-historical values. Education and training are placed at the core, contributing to the implementation of Resolution 57, building high-quality human resources for Hue and the country in the process of integration.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh commended FPT Corporation’s determination and orientation of linking education with technology; while affirming that introducing digital technology into education right from general levels is in line with global development trends, creating an environment of innovation, diversifying choices for learners, and making an important contribution to local development goals.
Mr. Truong Gia Binh – Chairman of FPT Corporation – emphasized that Vietnam has chosen the path of development through science, technology, digital transformation, and green transition – a path full of challenges but also great opportunities, requiring high-quality human resources. He stressed that the country needs not only technology-skilled human resources but also those capable of innovation and leading artificial intelligence.
At FPT’s education system, the determination to introduce AI, Robotics, STEM, and foreign languages into teaching from Grade 1 is a way to prepare a generation of global citizens, contributing to realizing the aspiration of Vietnam soon standing shoulder-to-shoulder with world powers.
The FPT Education Complex in Hue was inaugurated in the context of the whole country implementing four strategic resolutions: development of science-technology, innovation, and national digital transformation (Resolution 57); international integration (Resolution 59); building and enforcing the rule of law (Resolution 66); and private economic development (Resolution 68). For Hue, the establishment of this complex is associated with the goal of building a distinctive heritage city, smart city, with technology and education as key pillars.
Hue is the 9th locality in the Central – Central Highlands region with the presence of FPT’s education sector. The FPT Education Complex in Hue is built on an area of 8.68 hectares, with a total construction area of more than 2 hectares. Its architecture is inspired by Hue’s symbolic yellow apricot blossom, harmoniously combining traditional and modern elements. Currently, two lecture halls, classrooms, functional rooms, and supporting infrastructure have been completed, ready to serve more than 300 first high school students right after the inauguration ceremony.
Immediately after the ceremony, students of FPT School Hue began the new academic year 2025-2026. They will study in a high-quality educational environment, with diverse experiences, focusing on technology capacity, creativity, integration, while being trained in independence and holistic personal development.
