On the morning of July 11, 2025, Gilimex Industrial Park Corporation – the developer and operator of Gilimex Hue Industrial Park – held a land handover ceremony for Viet Bao Ky Agricultural Products Processing Co., Ltd. (Viet Bao Ky) at Lot A.1.2, Zone A of the industrial park.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Phan Vu Viet Hung – Deputy General Director of Gilimex Industrial Park Corporation, together with Mrs. Tong Thi Nha Cat – representative of Viet Bao Ky Agricultural Products Processing Co., Ltd.
On the same day, both parties signed a land lease contract with accompanying technical infrastructure and management services, in accordance with the approved Investment Registration Certificate. This marks an important milestone, laying the foundation for a long-term partnership between the infrastructure developer and the secondary investor in line with the orientation towards sustainable industrial development in the local area.
Viet Bao Ky is a company with nearly 30 years of experience in the agricultural production and processing sector, best known for its Tan Ky watermelon seed brand which has earned trust in the domestic market. The new investment project at Gilimex Hue Industrial Park is expected not only to expand the company’s production scale but also to contribute positively to the socio-economic development of Hue City by creating new jobs and enhancing the value of Vietnam’s processed agricultural products.
