Gilimex Industrial Park Signs MoU to Explore the Development of Dien Quynh 1 Industrial Park in Nghe An Province

On 31 July 2026, Gilimex Industrial Park signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore the development of Dien Quynh 1 Industrial Park within the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, during the Announcement Conference on the Adjusted Nghe An Provincial Master Plan (2021–2030, with a Vision to 2050) and Investment Promotion Conference 2026.

Covering 481.11 hectares with a projected investment of approximately VND 3.9 trillion, the project will be developed by Gilimex Nghe An Industrial Park Co., Ltd. The proposed development represents another strategic milestone in Gilimex Industrial Park’s long-term growth strategy, expanding its presence across Vietnam’s key economic regions and reinforcing its commitment to delivering world-class industrial destinations.

Upon implementation, Dien Quynh 1 Industrial Park will expand Gilimex Industrial Park’s nationwide portfolio to five industrial parks, with a combined development footprint of more than 1,685 hectares and a total projected investment exceeding VND 17.4 trillion. The portfolio spans Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh, Hue, Vinh Long, and Nghe An, providing investment-ready industrial land to support the evolving needs of global manufacturers and high-value industries.

The proposed project reflects Gilimex Industrial Park’s long-term vision of developing green, smart, and sustainable industrial ecosystems that create lasting value for investors while supporting Vietnam’s industrial transformation and the continued diversification of global supply chains.

During the conference, Nghe An Province awarded investment policy approvals, Investment Registration Certificates, and signed investment cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding for 25 projects, representing a combined registered investment of VND 110.45 trillion. The event further highlighted Nghe An’s growing position as one of Vietnam’s most promising investment destinations, with the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone emerging as a strategic hub for industrial development in the North Central region.
