Bac Ninh, July 22, 2026 – As part of our commitment to completing intergrated technical infrastructure and ensuring operational readiness for investors, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant Project was officially held at the project site (Thuan Thanh Ward and Tri Qua Ward, Bac Ninh Province).
The event was jointly organized by Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Co., Ltd. and Ecoteck – the construction contractor, marking an important milestone in standardizing infrastructure and creating a favorable manufacturing environment for businesses.
Laying the foundation for green & sustainable manufacturing
The Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant is designed with a treatment capacity of 4,400 m³/day and is being constructed on a 0.61-hectare technical infrastructure site dedicated to sewage water treatment, located in the northern area of Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park. The plant will collect and treat all wastewater generated within the industrial park before discharging it into the receiving water body.
According to the approved Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the plant will employ a combined physico-chemical and biological wastewater treatment technology. The treatment process consists of Primary Physico-Chemical Treatment → Biological Treatment → Secondary Physico-Chemical Treatment, with the secondary physico-chemical stage incorporated to further enhance treatment efficiency and ensure that the treated effluent complies with current environmental technical regulations. Construction is expected to be completed, and the plant is scheduled to commence operations in the second quarter of 2027.
The official commencement of the project demonstrates Gilimex Industrial Park’s proactive approach to preparing comprehensive technical infrastructure. It also establishes a solid foundation for secondary manufacturers in Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park to adopt smart manufacturing technologies, meet ESG standards, and confidently pursue long-term sustainable growth.

During the solemn ceremony, representatives of Gilimex Industrial Park and Ecoteck performed the traditional groundbreaking ritual and officially announced the commencement of construction. The ceremony marked a successful beginning for the project, with the goal of completing and putting the facility into operation on schedule while ensuring the highest standards of safety and engineering quality.
