Contractors are currently accelerating the construction of the centralized wastewater treatment plant at Gilimex Industrial Park, located in Huong Thuy Town, Hue City.
The wastewater treatment plant has a total investment of over VND 130 billion, applying advanced technology with a designed capacity of 7,600 m³/day and night. Construction began in February 2024, and as of now, more than 70% of the work has been completed. Currently, contractors are mobilizing equipment, machinery, and nearly 100 workers to expedite the completion of key components, including the operations building, landscaping, regulating pond, monitoring station, and sludge drying and filtration area. The project aims to be operational by the end of Q2.
