Ranking fourth nationwide in FDI attraction, the province is effectively implementing its “rolling out the red carpet for eagles” strategy, focusing on projects with high technological content and minimal environmental pollution. The establishment of nearly 3,000 new businesses in the first four months also demonstrates the business community’s confidence in the decisive and flexible management of the local government.

From outstanding educational achievements to a commitment to sustainable well-being

Besides the industrial sector, the education sector continues to receive attention and development from Bac Ninh province, achieving many high accomplishments. The province’s leading education programs maintain outstanding achievements at the national and international levels. In particular, in the 2026 International and Regional Olympiads, the province contributed three outstanding students in Biology and Physics. This represents a high-quality workforce, a vital force for Bac Ninh to achieve its digital transformation goals and develop a knowledge-based economy in the future.

Regarding healthcare and social welfare, the province has effectively implemented public health care, particularly in improving the quality of specialized and high-tech medical services. Vaccination rates and disease prevention measures are strictly controlled, creating a sense of security for the community. Activities expressing gratitude and preferential policies for those who have rendered meritorious service are always carried out with the highest spirit and responsibility. Plans to build solidarity houses for poor households and eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing have been and continue to help vulnerable groups have a solid foundation to improve their lives.

The province’s labor market also records more than 645,000 workers employed in industrial zones, including over 21,000 foreign experts. Bac Ninh is becoming a “magnet” attracting talent and skilled labor. The average income of workers reaches 10 million VND/month. This is considered a relatively high income compared to the general standard, contributing to improving the quality of life and stimulating domestic consumption.

Administrative reform and digital transformation continue to be promoted to build a government that “serves” the people and businesses in a transparent and efficient manner. The province also effectively implemented tasks in national defense, security, and traffic safety. This included minimizing traffic accidents across all three criteria (number of incidents, number of deaths, and number of injuries) in the first four months of the year.

With the positive results achieved in the first four months of the year, this is considered an important foundation for Bac Ninh to continue steadily achieving its socio-economic goals for the whole year, affirming its position as one of the most important growth poles of the Northern key economic region.
