On the morning of January 3, the Hue City People’s Committee organized a conference to implement the 2025 socio-economic, defense, and security development plan. During the event, outstanding enterprises in the area were also recognized and commended.

For 2025, Hue City has set impressive socio-economic development targets, including: Achieving a GRDP growth rate of 8.5 – 9%; Raising GRDP per capita to USD 3,200 – 3,500; Generating total tourism revenue of VND 10,800 – 11,200 billion; Reducing the multidimensional poverty rate to below 1.2%.
To achieve these goals, the city is focused on mobilizing resources to build comprehensive socio-economic infrastructure, develop modern and smart urban areas, and accelerate the progress of key projects.
