On the morning of December 4, 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade of Bac Ninh Province held a working session with Gilimex Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation and Huiyu Beijing Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd. (China) to discuss cooperation orientations and promote investment attraction into Nghia Hung Industrial Park – a project expected to become a new industrial destination in Tien Luc commune.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan – Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Bac Ninh Province; Mr. Vu Quang Hung – Deputy General Director of Gilimex Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation; Ms. Doan Xiaoyu – General Director of Huiyu Beijing Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Nguyen Van Long – Chairman of the Tien Luc Commune People’s Committee. Their presence reflects strong interest from authorities and investors in the development direction of Nghia Hung Industrial Park in the coming period.
At the meeting, the representative of Gilimex Industrial Park (Gilimex IP) shared updates on investment results across the country. Gilimex IP is currently developing four industrial parks, including two in Bac Ninh: Thuan Thanh III – Subzone C Industrial Park (USD 80 million, expected commencement in Q2/2026) and Nghia Hung Industrial Park in Tien Luc (USD 100 million, expected commencement in Q1/2026). Mr. Vu Quang Hung noted that the project has received substantial support from the province regarding legal procedures and investment promotion. The company is committed to ensuring project progress and quality and hopes to continue receiving support in land clearance activities.
Nghia Hung Industrial Park covers a total area of 148.68 hectares (Phase 1: 70 ha; Phase 2: 78.68 ha) with an operational term of 50 years. The industrial park holds a strategic position within the Northern Key Economic Region, benefiting from an extensive inter-regional transportation network of national highways, expressways, and international rail routes. Investors can easily connect to Hanoi, major ports, international airports, and the Vietnam–China border. This is an ideal condition that enables investors to optimize logistics costs, shorten transportation time, and expand their supply chains across the northern region.
Land clearance is being conducted in close coordination between the investor and the local authorities, achieving an impressive 99.1% of completed compensation payments. This creates an important foundation for the project to move into the stage of infrastructure completion and attract high-quality secondary investment.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized that Bac Ninh possesses advantages in population size, workforce, and GRDP, forming a strong foundation for industrial development. He affirmed that the province will continue to accompany and support investors by facilitating legal procedures, land resources, human resources, and infrastructure to attract investment into Nghia Hung Industrial Park.
Ms. Doan Xiaoyu, General Director of Huiyu Beijing, shared that the company was established in March 2025 and operates in the agricultural export sector, particularly fruit exports. The company aims to expand its investment into the Vietnamese market. She noted that Bac Ninh and Tien Luc offer strong potential in land resources, labor, and transportation connectivity—favorable conditions for Chinese enterprises to explore and pursue long-term cooperation.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Long – Chairman of the Tien Luc Commune People’s Committee – affirmed that Tien Luc considers investors as long-term development partners and is committed to supporting them in land clearance, infrastructure, administrative procedures, and labor connections. The meeting served as an important opportunity to promote local potential and convey a welcoming message to businesses considering investment in Nghia Hung Industrial Park, aiming toward sustainable industrial development and socio-economic growth.
On this occasion, Huiyu Beijing Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd. (China) also conducted an on-site survey of the Nghia Hung Industrial Park location in Tien Luc Commune, Bac Ninh Province.
