As global manufacturers reassess their supply chains and production footprints, the demands on industrial parks are shifting. Infrastructure, operational readiness and sustainability are increasingly central to investment decisions.
These issues framed the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum 2026, held in Ho Chi Minh City on 29 September under the theme “Opportunity Amid Uncertainty.” Gilimex Industrial Park joined policymakers, industry experts, investors and businesses for discussions on Vietnam’s role in the changing manufacturing landscape and the capabilities expected of next-generation industrial parks.
At the exhibition, Gilimex Industrial Park presented its project portfolio and met with investors and partners to discuss site connectivity, technical infrastructure, development progress and land handover plans. The conversations offered an opportunity to address the practical considerations shaping location decisions.
The forum also saw Gilimex Industrial Park named “Emerging Green Industrial Property Developer 2026” at the VIPF Green Future Awards. The distinction recognises Gilimex Industrial Park’s long-term investment vision and commitment to developing green, modern and integrated industrial parks.
