On January 17, 2024, at Gilimex Industrial Park in Thua Thien Hue Province, Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company organized a land handover ceremony for EON Industry Vietnam Limited Liability Company.
This is a highly significant event as it marks one of the first clients at Gilimex Industrial Park. The investment project by Eon Industry Vietnam LLC in Zone A of Gilimex Industrial Park is a helmet manufacturing plant meeting international standards, the first of its kind in Thua Thien Hue Province, covering an area of 61,377.1 square meters. The project’s products cater to the professional sports sector and are widely used in the European, American, Oceanian, and Asian markets. With operations commencing in early next year, the project is expected to make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of Thua Thien Hue Province.
The handover ceremony saw the participation of Mr. Phan Van Dinh, Deputy General Director of Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, representatives from functional departments, Mr. Kwok Yu Wah, General Director of EON Industry Vietnam LLC, and their respective teams. Following the investment certificate presentation to EON Industry Vietnam LLC and the signing of the land lease contract, which includes infrastructure facilities, both parties reached an agreement to transfer the land for the implementation of the next steps of the project. This marks a pivotal moment, signifying the long-term cooperation between the two companies. In addition to land handover, Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company will provide a series of support services throughout the investment process, business operations, and professionalize operational activities to ensure enterprises operate.
After numerous efforts and receiving close attention and guidance from the provincial authorities of Thua Thien Hue, along with active cooperation from the Provincial Economic and Industrial Zone Management Board, Gilimex Industrial Park is progressively refining its direction towards green, clean, and modern technology. In addition to infrastructure construction, Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company will closely collaborate with the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board of Thua Thien Hue to actively attract new investment projects, aiming to maximize the efficient use of land resources, create job opportunities for local workers, and contribute to the economic development of the province.
